Genehelix Diagnostics provides laboratory testing, health packages, genetic testing, molecular diagnostics, and home sample collection services. The scope of services may change from time to time without prior notice.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure accuracy in test results and reports, Genehelix Diagnostics shall not be held liable for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect patient information provided at the time of registration or sample collection.

4. Payments & Refunds

All services must be paid in full before or at the time of testing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per Genehelix Diagnostics’ internal refund policy.

5. Use of Reports

Test reports provided by Genehelix Diagnostics are for informational and medical purposes only and must be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional. Genehelix is not responsible for self-diagnosis or treatment decisions made by patients.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of patient data and medical reports. Information is shared only with authorized personnel, medical professionals, or legal authorities as required by law.

7. Home Collection Services

While we provide doorstep sample collection, patients must ensure a safe and hygienic environment for our staff during visits. Any delays or cancellations must be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Genehelix Diagnostics shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with the revised effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
